      High-voltage shunt capacitors are electrical elements mainly used in 1 kV or above AC power systems with power frequency (50Hz or 60Hz) to improve the power factor and the power grid quality and give full play to the efficiency of power generation and supply equipment.

    Main performance indexes

    电容器安装运行地区环境温度范围是:AMT-BFM型电容器为-25℃~+45℃,AMT-BAM型电容器为-40℃~+45℃。海拔高度不超过1000米。对安装地点海拔高度超过1000米的电容器,订货时应特别加以说明。

    The ambient temperature range for capacitor installation and operation is -25℃~+45℃, and that for AMT-BAM capacitors is -40℃~+45℃. The altitude shall not be more than 1000 meters. Special instructions shall be be given when orders are placed for capacitors with altitude over 1000 meters in the installation site.

    电容器极间介质应能承受下列两种试验电压之一,历时10s

    The interelectrode dielectric of the capacitor shall be able to withstand one of the following two test voltages, lasting for 10s.

    工频交流电压:Ut(~)=2.15Un

    Power frequency AC voltage: Ut(~)=2.15Un

    直流电压:Ut(~)=4.3Un

    DC voltage: Ut(~)= 4.3Un

    为了延长电容器的使用寿命,电容器应经常维持在额定电压下运行

    In order to extend the service life of the capacitor, the capacitor shall always operate at the rated voltage.

    电容器能承受峰值不超过2.2Un持续1/2周期的 过渡过电压。

    The capacitor shall withstand the transient overvoltage with first peak value not more than 2.2Un and lasting for 1/2 cycle.

    电容器允许在由于电压升高及高次谐波造成的有效值为1.3ln的稳定过电流下运行,对于电容具有较大正偏差的电容器,这个过电流允许达到1.43ln

    The capacitor is allowed to operate at a stable overcurrent with an effective value of 1.3ln caused by voltage rise and higher harmonics. For the capacitor with the maximum positive deviation, this overcurrent is allowed to be 1.43ln.

    电容器的实测电容值与额定值之差不超过额定值的-5%~+10%,三相电容器中任何两线路端子间测得 的较大与较小电容值之比不大于1.08

    The difference between the measured capacitance and the rated value of the capacitor shall not exceed -5%~+10%. The ratio of maximum capacitance to minimum capacitance measured between any two terminals of the three-phase capacitor shall not be more than 1.08.

    电容器在工频额定电压下,温度为20℃时的损耗角正切值(tgδ)≤0.0005

    The tangent (tgδ) of loss angle of the capacitor at 20℃ at rated power frequency voltage is less than or equal to 0.0005.

    注:内部装有放电电阻或熔丝的电容器,其损耗角正切值允许增加0.0001

    Note: for capacitors with internal discharge resistor or fuse, the tangent of loss angle is allowed to increase by 0.0001.

    内部装有放电电阻的电容器,与电源断开后,能在10分种内由额定电压的峰值降到75伏以下。若要在5分钟内由额定电压的峰值降到50伏以下,则应在订货时加以说明。

    After the capacitor with an internal discharge resistor is disconnected with the power supply, its peak rated voltage can be reduced to be less than 75 volts within 10 minutes. If the peak rated voltage is required to be reduced to be less than 50 volts within 5 minutes, this shall be indicated at the time of ordering.

    三相电容器内部为星形接线,每相均加有放电电阻。

    Three-phase capacitoris internallywired in a star shape, and a discharge resistor is added for each phase.

    Main performance indexes
