1.产品概述 / Product Overview
工业级全效电能质量模块ASVG是将APF与SVG功能集于一体,充分利用了APF的谐波滤除功能,同时又利用了SVG的无功补偿功能。ASVG根据CT采集负载电流,通过离散傅里叶变换与帕克变换分别提取谐波、无功、不平衡电流等待补偿分量,通过整流器电路产生与待补偿成分大小相等相位相反的电流,将系统电流补偿为THD、PF、不平衡度都满足指标的质优电流。
Industrial-grade full-efficiency power quality module ASVG integrates APF and SVG functions into a whole, making full use of APF's harmonic filtering function and SVG's reactive compensation function. ASVG collects the load current through CT, extracts the harmonic current, reactive current and unbalanced current respectively through Discrete Fourier Transformation and Park transformation to wait for compensation components, generates the current equal to the component to be compensated and opposite in phase through the rectifier circuit, and compensates the system current to be high quality current with THD, PF and imbalance meeting indexes.

ASVG通过外部系统电流互感器实时采集电流信号,控制器分离出其中的谐波电流部分, IGBT功率变换器产生与系统中的谐波大小相等相位相反的补偿电流,实现滤除系统谐波电流的功能。
ASVG collects the current signal through the current transformer of the external system in real time, the controller separates the harmonic current, and IGBT power converter generates the compensation current equal to the harmonic in the system and opposite in phase, so as to filter the harmonic current of the system.
ASVG输出补偿电流根据系统电流的谐波量变化而动态变化。另外,ASVG有限流功能,当系统的需补偿的谐波量大于ASVG容量时,ASVG可以限制在100%额定容量输出,不会发生过载。
ASVG output compensation current changes dynamically with the harmonic content of the system current. In addition, ASVG has advanced current limiting function. When the harmonic content to be compensated is greater than ASVG capacity, ASVG can be limited to 100% rated capacity output without overload.

ASVG通过外部系统电流互感器实时采集电流信号,控制器分离出其中的无功电流部分, IGBT功率变换器产生与系统中的无功电流大小相等相位相反的补偿电流,实现无功补偿的功能。
ASVG collects the current signal through the current transformer of the external system in real time, the controller separates the reactive current, and IGBT power converter generates the compensation current equal to the reactive current in the system and opposite in phase, so as to realize the function of reactive compensation.
补偿目标功率因数可以通过用户界面设定,ASVG不会出现过补或者欠补,并且补偿电流平滑,不会对负载和电网产生涌流冲击。
The compensation target power factor can be set through the user interface. ASVG will not overcompensate or undercompensate, and the compensation current will be smooth, having no inrush current impact on the load and the power grid.
