1.产品概述 / Product Overview
工业级SVG是我公司引进美国技术针对工业应用环境开发的无功补偿装置,模块结构采用立式设计。功率组件采取大容量英飞凌IGBT,器件额定功率选值大于有效值的3倍以上,留有足够大的安全余量,在负载较大冲击下,能长期工作。模块采取轴流风机散热,风量大,风压足,散热好; 整柜采取下进上出风模式,整柜顶部采用轴流风机抽风,底部采取防尘百叶窗进风,可较大程度隔离外部灰尘,能适合高温工业现场及环境恶劣尤其粉尘较大的场合应用。例如:粉体厂、粉石厂、瓷砖厂、水泥厂、钢铁冶炼等。
Industrial SVG is a reactive compensation device developed by Armat introducing American technology for industrial application environment. The module structure is ofvertical design. Infineon large-capacity IGBT is adopted for the power module, and the rated power of the device is more than 3 times the effective value. SVG has an enough safety margin, and can work for a long time under the impact of large load. The module uses the axial flow fan for heat dissipation, with high air flow, sufficient air pressure and good heat dissipation. The whole cabinet adopts the lower air inlet and upper air outlet mode, the axial flow fan is used at the top of the whole cabinet for air draft, and the dustproof shutter is used at the bottom of the whole cabinet for air intake, which can isolate the external dust to a greater extent and be suitable for the high temperature industrial site and harsh environments, especially the environments with much dust, such as powder factory, powder stone factory, ceramic tile factory, cement factory, Iron and steel smelting and so on.

工业级静止无功发生器(简称SVG)是利用可关断大功率电力电子器件(如IGBT)组成自换相桥式电路,经过电抗器并联在电网上。适当地调节桥式电路交流侧输出电压的幅值和相位,就可以使该电路吸收或者发出满足要求的无功电流,实现动态无功补偿的目的。
Industrial static var generator (SVG) uses the high-power power electronic device (such as IGBT) which can be turned off to form a self-commutation bridge circuit to be connected to the power grid in parallel through reactors. By properly adjusting the amplitude and phase of the output voltage at the AC side of the bridge circuit, the required reactive current can be absorbed or emitted by the circuit to achieve the purpose of dynamic reactive compensation.
