As an FRA Trainee (“order-to-cash”), you will be an integral part of our O2C finance team, assisting with the payment collection and credit risk assessment processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and learn about the key processes involved in the O2C operations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the collection of payments, including following up on overdue amounts and resolving payment-related issues. 

Executes collection activities using all available tools to ensure cash flow is maximized.

Interacts proactively with all stakeholders to ensure limited surprises.

Maintain accurate records of customer master data, invoices, and payments in relevant systems. 

Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the O2C cycle. 

Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in O2C operations. 

Key Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Professional level of English both written and spoken (any other European language as plus)

This contract is for limited period of time of 6 months.

You’ll receive:
